ガサ中の暴行事件　映像データ削除で捜査員聴取も「容疑者特定できず」　大阪府警が捜査終結

大阪府警捜査4課の警察官が家宅捜索中に捜査対象の男性を暴行した事件に絡み、府警が現場に設置していたカメラ映像のデータが何者かに削除された問題で、府警は3日、証拠隠滅容疑で容疑者不詳のまま書類送検したと発表した。データを取り込んだパソコンを使用した疑いがある捜査員数十人を聴取したが、特定できなかったという。

府警によると、昨年7月、風俗スカウトグループ「ナチュラル」の関係先を家宅捜索中、府警捜査4課の警察官がその場にいた男性3人を暴行。府警は現場に捜査用カメラを設置していたが、暴行の場面を記録した映像データが削除されていたことが発覚した。

暴行事件では、複数の元警察官が特別公務員暴行陵虐罪で有罪判決を受けたほか、府警が35人を免職などの懲戒処分や本部長訓戒などとした。

女性インフルエンサーのXを乗っ取り容疑、会社役員の男逮捕　警視庁

「インフルエンサー」として活動する女性のX（旧ツイッター）アカウントに不正にアクセスしたとして、警視庁サイバー犯罪対策課は不正アクセス禁止法違反などの疑いで、大阪市北区中津の会社役員、本田正憲容疑者（34）を逮捕した。調べに対して「プライベートな部分を見たかった」と容疑を認めている。

逮捕容疑は2月20日～3月31日、都内の20代の女性インフルエンサーのXアカウントに52回にわたり不正アクセスし、パスワードを変更してアカウントを使用できなくしたなどとしている。

サイバー犯罪対策課によると、容疑者は昨年10月ごろに乗っ取ったとみられる別のインフルエンサーのXアカウントから女性に接触。「利益を得るため」としてパスワードを伝えさせたアップルアカウント内の情報から女性のXに侵入したとみられる。女性がマネジメント契約を結んでいる会社のグーグルアカウントにも不正アクセスしたほか、100人以上に対して同様の行為に及んだとみて詳しく調べる。

宗教法人不動産を無断売却　2億円超横領や詐欺の疑い、寺院元住職ら3人逮捕

宗教法人の所有不動産を無断で売却し、登記名義を移転したとして、京都府警下京署は8日、業務上横領の疑いで、法人の寺院の元住職、逢坂慈教（あいさかじきょう）容疑者（74）＝京都市伏見区桃山町丹下＝ら3人を逮捕した。

他に逮捕されたのは、東京都立川市一番町の自営業、鈴木慈薫（じくん）容疑者（72）と福岡市博多区築港本町の会社役員、田口博也容疑者（42）。3人はそれぞれ容疑を一部否認している。

同署によると、法人では当時、逢坂容疑者が代表役員で寺院の住職、鈴木容疑者が経理担当を務めていた。田口容疑者は2人の財産管理などを補助していたという。不動産の売却代金は法人の口座に振り込まれたが出金されており、同署が捜査している。

3人の逮捕容疑は共謀し昨年10月～今年2月、京都市下京区の宗教法人が所有する土地と建物について、責任役員の議決などを経ることなく、不動産会社に約2億2650万円で売却する契約を締結した上、京都地方法務局で所有権移転登記をし横領したとしている。

インスタで投資家名乗り、1億5000万円詐取疑い逮捕

愛知県警は8日、令和5年に未上場企業への出資金名目で名古屋市の会社役員の男性2人から計1億5000万円をだまし取ったとして、詐欺の疑いで東京都中央区晴海、会社役員の二井矢祥容疑者（39）を逮捕した。

県警によると、容疑者はインスタグラムで「連続起業家×投資家」と名乗り、フォロワーが約4万人いた。事件当時、東証プライム上場の旅行関連企業の取締役も務めていた。

容疑者は、男性2人に「未上場企業に出資すれば10倍、20倍になる」などと持ちかけたという。だまし取った金は、取締役だった旅行関連企業とのトラブルの和解金や新株予約権の購入に充てたとみられる。

逮捕容疑は5年5月、自身が代表取締役を務める会社名義の口座に計1億5000万円を送金させ、だまし取った疑い。
